Lyla Lay is a recurring character from the PKNA comic series and has also appeared in PK2, Pikappa and PKNE. She works as a journalist for Channel 00 but functions primarily as an undercover agent of the Time Police, an organization from the future that aims to prevent history from being manipulated by time travelers.
