Ducklair Tower is a significant landmark in Duckburg. It is a skyscraper with one hundred and fifty floors, owned by various characters throughout the series. The tower was originally built by Everett Ducklair, who later disappeared. Sold it to Skrue McDuck, who in turn let Donald Duck take care of it. Later on, the tower became the headquarters for Channel 00 news organization. The building serves as a strategic location and a hub for various events within the storyline due to its height and central position in Duckburg.

The secret floor

The one hundred and fifty-first floor of Ducklair Tower holds significant importance within the building. It serves as a hub for various events, primarily due to its connection with One, an artificial intelligence entity who resides on that floor. Donald Duck discovers this hidden floor when he becomes the caretaker of Ducklair Tower and is introduced to One after finding the hidden floor. The one hundred and fifty-first floor plays a crucial role in many storylines as it's where key events take place involving One and the Duck Avenger's battles against various antagonists such as time pirates or other threats to history. It is also the location where Donald often returns after his adventures to debrief with One and plan his next moves.
